Thanksgiving

We had a great turkey dinner on Thanksgiving.  Andy and Elsa, two of our neighbors who live at the town site (about half a mile away) joined us for turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatos, fresh egg bread, and way too many chocolate deserts!  Unfortunately, we didn't get any photos from dinner (a very rare event around Jen), but a good time was had by all!

Six turkeys are better than one!

After (with a batch of bonus brownies to boot!)

We've had such a busy schedule we've only been out kayaking once!

No way to paddle up the falls, so sometime we'll have to carry a kayak up and try it coming down.
Feral cheering as the Seahawks start their comeback!

"What's this I hear about tailgating?"
Jennifer demonstrating how not to rinse a sharp butcher knife.  Evidently the key is to take a big slice out of your finger so you can get blood all over!  It seems to be healing and we think she'll be able to use the finger sometime next year!
